3.4 Verification (KYC)

You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (passport, UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or equivalent) and proof of payment method. 5. Withdrawals

taya04 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5.1 Processing Time

taya04 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of processing hours or that require additional verification may take up to 24 hours. taya04 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving bank or payment provider after funds have been released from the taya04 system.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before your first withdrawal is processed, taya04 requires completed identity verification (KYC). For withdrawals above ₱50,000, additional documentation verifying source of funds may be requested. 5.3 Wagering Requirements

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

7.5 Maximum Winnings

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any bonus balance, promotional credits, and winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. The original deposited principal will be returned after investigation concludes, minus any applicable deductions, unless the deposit itself was made fraudulently.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting taya04 support. Voluntary closure does not forfeit a legitimate cash balance — any verified, non-bonus funds in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within seven business days.

14. Amendments to These Terms
